BeatlesandBeyond at school - BeatlesandBeyond presenter Pete Dicks tells year 5 pupils about John Lennon, The Beatles and the 1960's....

The first recorded piece played was from 'Anthology':
*'We were just a group, that made it very, very big' - John Lennon

The pupils were treated to 'In spite of all the danger' - The Quarreymen; 'Ain't She Sweet' - The Beatles, and sang along to 'Give Peace a Chance' and 'Imagine'. They also met 'Sgt Pepper' and saw many items of Beatles memorabilia

To recognise not only the songs of The Beatles, but also to examine the background of the four member's other works is a daunting task. But BeatlesandBeyond Radio will endevour to delve deep into the members history and present an entertaining, informative and educational Programme
